Refund Policy

After using the services of GTH, if at all, the customer is not satisfied with the kind of services provided, the company stands liable for the refund. However the refund or the privilege of getting the services redone is applicable only after the confirmation of the following terms and conditions. In addition the service is limited to one person at a time and only one device is counted in one service.

  • We would provide our customers with one time fix on same problem within seven days from the date of purchase if, for any reason, for further GTH technical support the plan must be renewed.
  • The customers who have purchased our six months plan are eligible to opt for the refund policy within thirty days from the date of purchase if the customer is not satisfied by the services.
  • The fee for the service is not dependent on the amount of usage. In case customer does not make use of the service in the referred time period, the company isn’t liable for any kind of refund. However in any case, if the transaction amount is debited twice from a customer, refund shall be provided.
  • If the customer wants to continue using the services after the service period, the service extension fees, once paid shall not be refunded irrespective of the usage.
  • If the customer signs up for automatic renewal then the services would be renewed at the end of each service period until GTH terminates the renewal or the customer provides an application for the termination. Each customer shall be provided with a reminder of thirty days (or no. of days as set by the law at that time being in force) before the expiration of the automatic renewal. If the customer doesn’t apply for the termination for the services, the services shall be automatically renewed and all payments to provide for the renewal shall be made from the customer’s card. If the services are renewed, the amount shall be non refundable.
  • No refund will be processed after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • A full refund, less applicable service charge of 50% will be made for all service plans cancelled by you within 30 days of purchase or subscription, if no services were rendered pursuant to the service plan.
  • All the amounts unless stated in writing are non refundable by GTH.
